In August 2024, I had the pleasure of watchingĀ Northbound BoyĀ at the Kings Head Theatre in Islington, and it reignited something within me. The play brought back memories of a time when I was coming up to my 40th, meeting my partner, who was just like Rory in the play. The dynamic between Rory and Ken on stage mirrored our own, stirring something deep and inspiring me to dive back into writing, to explore the intricate threads of human connection once more.
